1. How does the pick-up process work at Rentado?
When you arrive at the airport, just call the number (+40) 750 442 947. At the agreed time and location (usually Otopeni Airport or an agreed meeting point), a Rentado representative will meet you to hand over your car. It is important that you have the necessary documents with you: identity card or passport, valid driving license and, in some cases, your credit or debit card for the temporary blocked guarantee.
Before the keys are handed over, a full inspection of the vehicle is carried out, noting any scratches or existing defects. This step is essential for transparency and for your peace of mind, so that there are no questions on return. You will also receive information about the car's functionalities, fuel policy and general rules of use.

2. What do I need to know about the drop-off process?
Drop-off is when you return the car to the location and time agreed in the contract. Rentado gives you the flexibility to choose where and when it is most convenient for you to end your rental period. It is recommended that you return the car with the tank at the same level as when you picked it up, to avoid extra costs.
As at pick-up, a visual check of the vehicle is carried out. The Rentado team checks the condition of the car and confirms that no further damage has occurred. This process takes just a few minutes and gives you the reassurance that everything is in order. If you return the car to a different location than the pick-up location, check the conditions and any additional charges in advance.
3. Can I collect the car from one location and return it to another?
Yes, Rentado offers you this flexibility, especially useful when your trip involves different departure and arrival points (e.g. you pick up your car at Otopeni Airport and return it in another city). one-way rental, is increasingly sought after for the comfort it offers.

4. What happens if I am late returning the car?

- Smoking in the car is not allowed in order to keep the vehicles clean and in good condition for all customers.
- Pets are only allowed with special protection (cages, blankets) to avoid damaging the interior.
- Fuel level compliance: the car must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when it was picked up.
- Safety first: it is the driver's responsibility to respect the road rules in force in Romania and in the countries he or she is traveling in.
